By using Furamori you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Furamori is operated by Loïc Bucher (auto-entrepreneur), France. Contact: furamoriapp@gmail.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use Furamori.
Furamori organises small-group language meetups in cafés, along with other meetup formats to come. Furamori connects participants; meetups take place in the real world, between users.
We aim to form balanced groups but do not guarantee that a seat always results in a group: if we cannot place you, you are refunded per the policy below.
Access to events is via tokens or the purchase of a seat, paid through Stripe. A seat at an event costs 2 tokens. Tokens are not sold separately: they are credited by Furamori as compensation. A token gives access to a real-world event; it is not a consumable digital good under app-store rules.
Prices are shown in the app before any purchase.
If we cannot place you in a group, we credit your account with 2 tokens, the equivalent of one free seat.
If you would rather have your money back, contact us at hello@furamori.com: within 14 days of the email telling you we could not place you, the refund is automatic and you do not need to give a reason.
This refund does not apply to members: a subscription does not pay for one particular seat, and it continues to run as normal.
You may cancel your registration per the cancellation policy shown in the app (e.g. a cancellation window before the event). After that window, no refund is possible.
Any food, drink, or travel costs at a meetup are solely your responsibility.
You agree to behave respectfully and not to harass, threaten, or endanger other participants.
Meetups take place between adults in public places. Furamori facilitates introductions but is not a party to the meetups and is not responsible for participants' conduct. Use common sense and take normal precautions.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these rules.
The app, its brand and content belong to the operator. You keep ownership of content you post but grant us the right to display it as part of the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or from meetups.
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account). Deletion is permanent.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent French courts, subject to applicable consumer-protection rules.
